- Client Submits a Bill of Quantities or Build Cost estimate to Barclay Homes.
- Barclay Homes conducts a forensic analysis of the build costs to identify opportunities to make significant costs savings.
- Individual cost items are “re priced” by Barclay Homes.
- A revised Bill of Quantities is prepared for the Client.
Barclay Homes uses it superior supply chain network to source building and fit out materials at preferential prices.
Barclay Homes aims to achieve savings of 15-20% net of fees in Bill of Quantities submitted.
